Undergraduate programme overview

Students can study Sport & Exercise Science as a major for the Bachelor of Science and can be included in other programmes as well.

Prerequisite courses

Enrol early in prerequisite courses offered by other departments.

Year 1 courses

Stage 1 courses cover the basic concepts of human anatomy, biology and psychology as listed below.

Year 2 courses

Stage 2 courses involve the study of introductory biomechanics, fundamental and exercise physiology, injury mechanics and exercise psychology as well as elective courses.

Year 3 courses

Stage 3 courses cover advanced concepts of exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport psychology and movement neuroscience and additional elective courses.

Double majors

Information with regard to courses you have to enrol in if you are planning a double major either with Physiology or Psychology.
